I've dabbled with music in a number of ways over the years but have never played in a band. I got to live the dream recently when I got to add a few small elements (chimes, handclaps, gravel-stomping) during the recording of Hide, the latest album from north-eastern innovative guitar pop group Amateur Ornithologist.
Despite my involvement, the album is a delight. Check it out!
Even more exciting than that, I got to remix one of the tracks, 'When They Fall', for the special bonus remix album Hiding To Nothing. Having become known as THE GRAVEL MAN, I had to just add loads and loads of gravel.
